Hanuman Kavach (हनुमान कवच) is a Sanskrit stotra, or poem in praise of the Hindu god Hanuman. It is traditionally recited in the morning and evening, as well as during the day, in the form of a stotra, or poem in praise of a deity.
Hanuman Kavach can be divided into two sections: the first part is called Bhasya Vaani, and the second part is called Bhasya Kundli. The first part is the longer, and the second part is the shorter.
Bhasya Vaani begins with the lines:
O Lord Hanuman, the son of Rama and the dear friend of Sri Ram,
You are the true Lord of creatures, the origin of all beings.
